As promised, here's Part 4 of Children's Day. These snaps show Nurse Caroline, affectionately called Caro, interacting with the children. While she is not a biological mother herself (at least not yet), she is like one to dozens and dozens of children who call her Auntie. Even big kids like me are drawn to her compassion and joy.
